Because freight trains can block the exit to the SE 11th Ave lot for upwards of 2 hours, we STRONGLY discourage parking directly behind the building.

  • If navigation suggests crossing the railroad tracks on SE 11th Ave or SE 12th Ave between SE Powell Boulevard and SE Division St, stay on SE 21st Ave instead, then approach via SE Division St.

  • Main entry is on SE Division St near SE 10th Ave. Use curbside loading for quick drop off, then move to parking.

  1. Take the Central Eastside and OMSI exit toward SE Water Ave.

  2. Continue south on SE Water Ave.
