THE SETTING

It's our vision for Tendue to be a space that evokes an appreciation for the moment, inspires creative thoughts, and connects our community. Set in the historic Ford Building, SE Portland's contemporary mixed-use office/artist hub that formerly produced Ford vehicles, Tendue is designed to eloquently blend Parisian-inspired textures and tones with this historical industrial setting to create an award-winning space that's both inviting and compelling. This fully furnished space has the capability to flex and create the perfect setting for hosting photoshoots, small & mid-sized groups, workshops, or most anything else. 

 
 

Capacity

  • Up to 60 guests for standing, cocktail-style events

  • Up to 44 guests for seated dinners, meetings, or workshops

 

rates

You can view availability and book directly at www.tendue.co/book. Be sure to reserve the full time you’ll need, including setup and cleanup. Our cancellation policy allows penalty-free cancellation with 30 or more days’ notice.

  • Rates (for all 2025 and 2026 bookings made by October 31st, 2025):

    Weekday Bookings (7am to 10pm)

    • $125/hour (1 hour minimum); (Extended checkout to 11pm: $200)

    • $1,500/day

    Weekend Bookings (through December 31st, 2025)

    • $200/hour (4 hour minimum)

    • $2,400/day

    Weekend Bookings (starting January 1st, 2026)

    • Morning (10am to 2pm): $800 (Early arrival add-on: $200/hour)

    • Evening (4pm to 10pm): $1,200(Extended checkout to 11pm: $200)

    • Full Day (8am to 11pm): $2,400

 
 

Optional AdD-Ons

Tableware Add-On - $195 per rental

Our optional tableware package gives you access to our full inventory of dinnerware, flatware, and glassware - everything you’ll need for a beautiful and convenient setup. We carry multiple options in quantities large enough for any group size that fits the space. You can view our inventory and photos at www.tendue.co/tableware. 

Cleanup Add-On - $395 per rental

This option lets you skip post-event cleaning entirely. It includes full cleanup of the space and any tableware rentals so you can head out at the end of your event without lifting a finger.

If you prefer to handle cleanup yourself, we provide all supplies, including garbage and recycling bins. Our dishwashers handle most tableware items, and anything else can be washed in our kitchenette sink.
